Teach Soap

I'm wanting to have a soap stamp made with my logo on it. Does anyone know where I could find one? I saw a place advertised in this month's edition of Saponifier, but their website says it's currently closed. I've seen countless stamps, but haven't found anyone who will create a custom one for me. I know it can be done, b/c I've seen soaps with them, but just don't know who to go to.

While looking for something else, I did run across a website who advertised this. I thought I had bookmarked that site, but can't find it. Maybe if you google custom soap stamps, you can find some selections.

Barbara that is a shame about your stamps. Did you write to the company and ask if there was any solution to the problem? Perhaps they aren't aware that a problem exists and they could look for a solution. Good luck!

Shamefully, I have not gotten around to approaching them with this. It was actually the reason I went to their website, as mentioned here........ then got distracted and didn't get back to it. I keep myself spread entirely too thin, so this is a fault of mine. Thanks for reminding me of what must be done.

I used Kangaroo Blue for my stamp. I'd say it is a good quality stamp. When I first got it I used it on every soap I made. Then the novelty wore off I guess. I just don't use it that much anymore.

So, I placed an order with Kangaroo Blue because they were about 30 bucks cheaper than Soap Impressions. I did this on the 14th, and immediately mailed in my artwork, but I haven't heard boo from them. I emailed them on Sunday (didn't expect an answer before Monday, but now it's Wednesday) to confirm that they received it and got nothing back. Has anyone else had any trouble with their customer service?

I know it will take them 4-6 weeks to make it so I prepared myself to be patient (not my strong suit), but getting no communication at all is making me wonder if I should try to cancel and go with Soap Impressions. They haven't charged my card yet either...

I don't mean to publicly bash a company that's more than likely another small business - just want to see if this is to be expected when working with them.

I've never had any problems with Kangaroo Blue, but I haven't ordered a stamp. I know they were moving some inventory into a new warehouse. So I would give them some time.

I found a great company - Owosso Graphics. They make all kinds of stamps including soap stamps. They have a ONE DAY turnaround and my stamp only cost 30.00! Check them out - they're very helpful with setting up art work too!
