I need to get some liquid Micas to really make my colours 'pop' I think.

Hope you like them!

Those are really lovely Kevin! Is the first one M&P? It looks more transparent than the others. I really like these.

I just visited your website, and was fascinated by all the innovative ways you have used fragrances! Do you mind telling us what you used for beads in the fragrance beads?

burntmill - I really like your soaps! I like the way you've done your layers. Really good!

Hey, everyone!

Wow, a lot has been going on in this thread!

Burntmill, the rootbeer soap is so cool-looking! I'll bet it smells great, too. The Jack Frost looks like winter. I made a blue and white winter soap, too. Something about those two colors...

Kevie, thanks for sharing your soap pics! The green and white swirled ones are awesome! Swirling can be tricky. They're all just beautiful.

I need to post some pics soon, too.

Thanks for the inspiration, everybody! Nice work! :D

Hey Kevin, I know you don't I? Great looking soaps!

Loving the Root Beer soap and I love that blue and white one - is there mica in that as it looks sort of glittery to me?

I thought I'd show you a pic of my chocolate soap with it's new label...

Hi, everybody!

Such beautiful work here by all of you ...

I'm gearing up for a couple of craft fairs in October. Here's some of what I've been working on:

I've stepped off into two new ideas. The first is my first attempt at sculpting & making my own mold for soap. It's copied from an Ancient Egyptian Scarab. I'm doing a turquoise and Lapis version. I do think I am going to do some tweaking and a new, more refined mold. Here that is...

The nothing is too different than my others... except the fragrance, and so far we don't have "E-Smell" on our computers yet. It's my HUNTERS soap... deliberately not as transparent as most of my soaps, hoping for a more masculine look. Image

That scarab is gorgeous! I thought about making my own mold. But the stuff is very expensive and I didn't want to waste it in case I screwed up.
