Teach Soap

i have just started doing some research about selling M&P soaps. I was visitng a store on Saturday that mentioned I might bring my soap as a possible to sell in their store. It happens to be a State speciality store and since there are several symbols respresenting my state, do I need to have certain issues in place to make and sell soaps in the shapes of the state, state flower etc? I know the local colleges have copy rights on their mascots. Thanking you in advance for your thoughts.

I dunno how they could with the state flower. There could be some laws indicating respectful use of the flag? Maybe?

Thanks so much. I guess I see lots of folks making soaps and selling them here and there that I am thinking it would be hard to copy right specific soaps etc I plan to get insurance and try to keep everything on a goal setting plan. Thanks again for your input.
