Teach Soap

Wowowowowow! Some nice and inspirational stuff!
I'm really new to M&P soap.
I started playing with it about a month ago.
There's so much you can do with it.

So, here are a few little ones that I have done.
I bought a couple kits from BB to get an idea of things, then played a bit on my own.

I love the coloring on the space ships too! Makes me want to make some!

Those all look great! I like the stripped log. A classic method that still looks great!
Those are really good for your first bars. Good for you for jumping right into the embedding and layering!

it's interesting how these bars "happened". i was originally just looking to make a swirl bar, but i thought it would look too plain with nothing on top. so i waited for a few hours for the top to harden a bit. while it was still warm in the middle, and still plyable on top, i took a fork, and pulled upwards to make "waves". then, i stuck it in the freezer for 5 mins, popped it out, and let it harden over night.

next day i made soap paint to paint on some froth for my waves. then i cut it..... and surprise! a hole in the middle. at first i wasn't sure what to think about it, but then me and my BF thought it looked kinda kewl - like an ice cave. so it became "glacier".

i scented it with ocean rain and fresh linen. the scent is still missing something though. maybe a mint or something that will make it more "icy".

it would be interesting to see if i can replicate it.
