My last two batches have been simply my favorite out of everything I've made and yet for some reason these two when poured into bottles have tons of little air bubbles. I have done nothing different in my prep or pouring. Any ideas?

If you poured cooler, it could create small bubbles, or if you used your stick blender in a different way.
Did you use a thermometer? Did you make sure that the stick blender did not incorporate any bubbles?
