Teach Soap

I have not posted in quite a while, maybe a few years. Life and then moving has gotten in my way, along with other stuff. But now I am at a point where I really want to pick up where I left off and keep heading towards my goals. My question now though is, do my soaping ingredients have an expiration date? I have lye, lab colors ( sealed in bottles), eo, fo, basically everything and its been in storage for a few years. Is it still any good? Some of it is opened but a lot of it was not. I am hoping to get it all back to where I am now and see what I am going to need.

Some essential oils like orange oil have a shelf life of about six months. Others like Patchouli will last for years.
Depending how old the fragrance oils are, some can change in scent or fade. Those I would get rid of.
If the lye is still sealed, you should be ok.
I would ask BrambleBerry about their LabColors.

Ok, well that means most of my stuff has gone bad, boo. I know I have about 3 things of Lye that are unopened so at least there is that. Thanks! I will also check into the lab colors.
