Teach Soap

Does anyone know where to purchase soap grade Emu oil at a reasonable price? A long time ago I bought it from a guy in Texas but don't recall anything except he had no website and I believe I ordered it through email. Any current searches I have done show it to be very pricey!

I don't have an answer to this...I used to buy emu fat in 5 pound bags and render it myself for soapmaking. I figured the saponification process would nullify any benefits the oil had, but after using my first bar for a few weeks, I was stunned to find that two older bright red scars on my hand faded and became refined. I'd love to get some at a decent price for soapmaking.

Due to the large commercial companies touting the benefits of emu oil, sadly the price went sky high. I don't use it for soap for sale as I would have to charge quite a bit more per each bar.
