I haven't, but for the same cost you can get the tests done at http://www.sagescript.com/microbiology and get a written report showing the results.

If I am looking at the info for the test correctly there are enough tubes to do 10 tests. I only make 24 oz. of lotion at a time. This is just for me and a few close family members. Do you think I need to test my lotion if it is just for personal use? I am extremely cautious to sanitize everything when making it. Does lotion have shelf life? I am using the kit from BB and following the directions exactly.

If you're only making for personal use you probably don't need to test it, unless you want to be sure if your preservative is working properly. Lotions do have a shelf life based on the shortest shelf life of the oils used.
