When coloring with activated charcoal at trace, should I color to the color intensity I want it or will the color deepen as the soap cures?

Also, does activated charcoal possess any other properties, such as what a clay might have?

Finally, does activated charcoal mix well with other colorants, such as micas?

The color gets darker if the soap gels. We can't make any medical claims, but my customers tell me it helps with acne. You can mix it with a mica, but depending on the color of the mica, the charcoal might take over.
