I would not add any extra glycerin to the base or the curls. That could be a part of the problem.

If you didn't put added glycerine in the bar part and just the swirl part it should ship alright! Nice bar I like it! Nice and scrubby! You could add shredded loofa also.

YIKES! I am mailing out a large gift basket of soaps tomorrow, I hope they don't melt!!! Think I will cry if they do

I put in tons of packing peanuts, hopefully that will "insulate" a bit.

I did a yard sale recently, ALL my glycerin soaps melted into puddles - even under a tent canopy with sides on it! VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Maybe I should put the soap basket in a cooler with a ice pack INSTEAD OF A PLAIN BOX, HOWEVER, IF MY SOAPS GET TO ME WITHOUT MELTING, I AM GUESSING THAT THE CHEMISTRY OF THE SOAPS ARE CHANGING SINCE I AM MELTING THEM?
