Teach Soap

I've been looking at a few bath melt recipes. I love a good bath, bath bombs, bubbles. you name it.
Here is the recipe I found from NG:

57 grams Shea Butter
57 grams Mango Butter
113 grams Cocoa Butter- Golden Natural
6 grams White Beeswax
3 grams Parsley Leaf Powder
2 grams Coco Mango Fragrance Oil
Pink Rose Petals

My question is, does this not require an emulsifier?
Won't the oils just float on the top of the bath water, making essentially an oil slick?

I want to make them, but also want to be happy with the outcome, and not waste oils and butters.

It will be greasy and could make your tub slippery. I wonder why the beeswax? Beeswax needs a fairly high temp to melt. I don't think the temperature of a regular bath would be high enough to melt the beeswax. I prefer the ones with an emulsifier.

I was thinking the same with the bees wax. When I make lotion bars, it is always the last thing to melt. I would think it would be harder to melt up. But maybe better if shipping??

I agree with soapbuddy. Doesn't beeswax have a melting temp of about 144 degrees? Who bathes in water that hot?

I'd ditch the beeswax.

Can you add anything to these so they don't make the tub so slippery and hard to clean?
