Is wsp- wholesale supplies plus? I have checked their website and Natures Garden Candles. Which one would u recommend? Their prices are about the same and I like that NGC offers 1 oz. sizes. Really want to keep with my current supplier (BB) but there are some scents that I would like to use that they don't have. How is wsp and ngc customer service? Has anyone used mulberry or plumeria from them?

I've used both suppliers and have never had a problem with either. WSP does require a minimum order of $30, thoughso I rarely order from them any more. The majority of the FO's I use come from NG because they have great customer service and a quick turn around time. My orders arrive within a few days.

Thanks. I think I am going to go with NGC. I hate to have to order a $3.00 purchase and pay 3x for S&H! I did call and they said that UPS charges a flat rate of 1 pd. to ship. GRRR! Oh well, I need the mulberry and BB doesn't carry it in their 2 oz. size. BB is cheaper on my oils and butters and has the right colorants I need, and reasonable with S&H. I don't mind waiting a week. I guess I will just have to use NGC for my fo's that BB doesn't carry and take the lick on S&H! Bramble Berry please bring Mulberry FO back

Does WSP have a minimum order? I know they offer free shipping at $30 but I didn't think they required $30

Ahhhh I've always made sure I hit $30 for free shipping. Even the supplier a hour from me seems to charge over $10 base shipping (no free option) so when I factor one thing in plus shipping I'm usually at $15+ anyway. Not hard to find another $15 at that point

I haven't used anyone else's Plumeria fo but BB's is awesome! I'm not even a big floral fan and I love it. I use it in a blend for my Mom, who grew up in Hawaii, and she loves it too. Good luck!

NG is extremely awesome for FO. I would also recommend AHRE and Sage. I wouldn't ever recommend WSP. Ick.

If I had to choose between WSP and NG, I would go with NG.

I've use the Plumeria from NG and also from BB. Both are great. My favorite, actually, was when I mixed the two. For some reason it was just better than either one alone.

I feel that the customer service from WSP is severely lacking and that "free" shipping really means higher product prices. And yes, there is a minimum purchase, which wouldn't matter to me if I was treated well. Now I know that BB has spoiled me on customer service, but seriously, I live closer to wsp and I refuse to buy anything from them ever again. Suffice it to say, I don't care for their lack of customer service and will gladly pay to get shipments from across the country in order to not support their behavior!

That's amazing! I've placed 3-4 orders with them with no problems. For what I've bought, they've been well priced especially factoring in the free shipping. My orders are usually only $40 or so though. Maybe if you order more it evens out. I usually compare a cart with BB and one or two others and I end up with WSP

I order from both companies and find that they are all good. as for prices well you get what you pay for. I had to buy there MP bases becuase of an order and I was out. good product. both clear and white mp. I'm not able to travel so fast shipping is a good thing, both companies are fast. that's my 2 cents . but go with whatever you feel like. only you know what's best for you.
