If my total oils weighs 379 grams, does that mean I would use a minimum of 3.79 grams of beeswax? I saw on a site that when you are adding beeswax to cp, you must use between 1% and 3%.

I would go with the 3.79 grams as max. You can use as little as you like and do whatever works in your formula.

23 mango butter
23 grapeseed (I wanted to use SAO but there was no space for it on The Sage, and Castor oil wasn't on Brambleberry's soap calc.)
and MAYBE Beeswax (3.79)
**everything is in grams

I'm not soapbuddy, but BB's calculator does have Castor oil on it, it's way over in the third category/section.

Grapeseed is a soft oil that tends to oxidize fairly quickly. Here is what your recipe looks like in %.

Castor Oil 4.98
Coconut Oi 13.93
Grapeseed Oil 5.72
Mango Butter 5.72
Olive Oil 69.65
Total Weight 402 grams

I use coconut at up to 20%, so I would deduct the grapeseed and add it to your coconut oil.

On the subject of beeswax,, how do you use it in cp when you are soaping on the cool side? I wanted to use it today in my batch but I was soaping cool & knew the beeswax wouldn't stay melted long enough.
Guess it didn't matter since my batch seized anyway!!! But I would like to use beeswax just need to know how to keep it melted.

I melt beeswax in my oils when I heat them up. Then I let everything cool down to about 110 degrees. It has gone down as low 100 and that's when the oils started to get hazy.
