The layers in the Fresh Snow are blue, but it seems that they look purple on some computer monitors. Must have something to do with the color calibrations.

Jenny thanks for posting your video. I have tried it before but your amts help. I know you have to get it to the right consistancy for it to work. I like to spoon my batter too. Thanks again and it is beautiful. I am going to try that pretty Christmas one too. Thanks

Here is one of my embed experiments. The column was made using an empty plastic bottle - soap made using funnel pour. Then I plopped it into a plain batch. Scented with Black Raspberry Vanilla. What is especially cool is that each soap has a different look on each side. BUT - I seriously brain farted when I wrote up the recipe for the plain soap - 20% castor oil!!!! What was I thinking? So the outer soap is softer than the embed, but I suppose that's better than the reverse.
