Teach Soap

Yay, I made my first batch of CP soap and actually also made my first candles as well. The soap I just made a simply unscented soy milk soap, and to my relief it wasn't as hard or stressful as I built it up to be. Got some very good advice from a new friend named Emily and just followed the recipe to the T and had no problems. For the candles I was very pleased to discover they were super easy to make. I also made them 100% and made two different ones, the first one was a pinkish color and I scented it with vanilla-pomegranated (yummmmmy they smell so good) and the second I did a super light purple and scented it with lavender. I added some pics for your soap porn needs lol lol lol (I was told everyone loves soap porn)
The only thing I need to overcome with the soy candles is that the cold throw was really good on these soy candles but next to nothing with the hot throw. I have read that soy is not the easiest to scent and I am sure after trial and error I will work it out. Sorry for some reason it wont allow me to post the candle pic

Good job on your soap!
Yes, soy is hard to scent. Sometimes it helps if you leave them be for a week before you do a test burn.
