I decided to experiment with that wax and additive last night and I thought I'd pop in and post the results. My main impression was the additive wasn't worth it. It refused to melt and after standing over if for ages and finally thinking all the little specks were gone I poured my candles. This morning I looked at the candles and there's a whole bunch of additive around the base of the candles that I can see through the glass. Obviously it wasn't as melted as I thought and it's all just sunk. Personally I'm going to stop using the GW 464 or 444 waxes. A website I've recently found for supplies in Australia at good prices stocks the Ecosoya so I'm going to try that instead.

Hope you've worked out the jar wicking problems.

Beautyinabasket - have you used this company very much? Have you used anything other than the wax? I'm in northeastern MS so they are about 1.5 hours away from me. I see that they have on site pickup available.

This is a place in Memphis TN, (usa) that has the gw 464
