Hi all. Here's a pic of my third batch. I got something kind of different than what I pictured in my mind, but I still think they turned out nice.

My first attempt at coloring I got nervous about adding too much and staining my poor guinea pigs (friends) washcloths. The swirls turned out nice though. There are cranberry seeds in the top layer for a little exfoliation.
http://i1270.photobucket.com/albums/jj6 ... 6822b3.jpgAlso, I saw this fridge bin at my home store for $5. I like that it is as taller. Also, I know this will fit in my stupid side by side freezer that won't even hold a frozen pizza. I did the math and it should hold about 4lbs of soap, but is it safe to use? I plan to line it and I haven't really paid much attention to either forcing or stopping the gel phase. The few batches I have done I just left on the counter to do their own thing. It is a decent thickness of plastic but it doesn't say that it is dishwasher safe anywhere. I know other posters have said that dishwasher safe materials can usually take enough heat for soap molds. There are so many sizes and shapes of these available I hope I found a score! What do you think?
