I'm new to the forum and have been a fan of soap queen's blog. I've been making soap for awhile but I sure don't know everything and am learning all the time. I started off with M&P only then learned hot process from a friend and learned CP on my own (with the help of books, forums etc.). I now make CP and M&P and love them both for different reasons. My sister and I sell at a local market every Saturday about 6 months a year and then do a bunch of Christmas shows. We make other things as well: knitted berry hats, lotions, butters, salves, jewelry, organic baking (sold at our market only), perfumes, sprays etc. We started off really small and then grew into making a variety of things due to the stiff competition and customer requests.
