Hi everyone! This is great! I can't wait to get started. However, I just have a quick question that has probably been asked many time. Where can I find a recipe --using the cold press method -- that requires only a small amount of lie? If this question has been answered before can you point me in the right direction? Thank you all!

Welcome!
Take a look at some of the recipes on Kathy Miller's site. http://www.millersoap.com/#Soap%20Contents
You can always resize them to whatever size your mold is.
CP = cold process, not cold press
As far as lye, try your local Ace hardware store.
