Teach Soap

Hi!
I'm new to all of this. I originally wanted to make laundry soap and in the process of looking for information on that came across bar soap. And I am already addicted!!! I will probably be making my first batch today!! I have already been reading everything I can find (including The Soapmaker's Companion) for the past week or so.

I've gathered all of my tools (all from my Mom's stash of old kitchen wares, thrift stores and yard sales, yay for recycling!).

And I am ready to soap!

I'll post pics once I get my first batch going.

I also have a new addiction to gardening. I make things out of t-shirts and records. I make bra purses and hula hoops (or what I like to call Jola hoops, bigger, better and more fun than the originals). And I do other random crafts when the mood strikes me.
