Does anyone know how to keep the white detail soap from drying out in the applicator? I can't get it to stay liquid when pouring the detail.

Try to keep the soap hot. I usually have saran wrap covering my pyrex. I use a pippette, with the tip cut off to make the soap flow easier. You could try spritzing the mold so the soap flows into the grooves quicker.
