Any idea on how soap petals are made?

I have always coated a silk petal in clear soap, but these seem so much better with just the soap.

According to the ingredient list it's MP over silk or fabric petals.

What am I missing? I just read it twice and I don't see any mention of silk petals or fabric, just soap.

Each petal has the perfect amount of soap for a single hand wash and disintegrates with the friction of washing, to be rinsed harmlessly down the sink.

Is it there and I'm missing it?

they use the water soluable paper that you can get from BB to do these

I've been using soap petals like these for years, they seem to be just super thin soap.

I wonder if there is a way to cover or paint M&P soap onto a real or silk petal and once hardened peel it off??? Right now I have alot on my plate so will not have a chance to try this for awhile. Maybe someone else has or would be willing.
