I have iron oxides, mica, titanium dioxide etc because I also make mineral makeup...I just want to know if I can just dissolve them in glycerin or other oils then stock up in containers for my melt and pour colorants. Will it not go bad if I stock up?
Another question is...does soap may it be CP or MP ever expire?

If they are just that with no filler added, yes you can use them for soap. I feel it's best to mix your color just before you are ready to use it. You can dissolve some in glycerin, some in oils. Some are water soluble, so those are beat used as you make them. I have some of my mother's very old CP soap and it's fine. As far as MP, it depends how it was stored.

From a chemical/physical point of view, you can only disperse them and not dissolve them. So as Irena says, it's better to disperse them right before application. If you premix them and keep them in a bottler, you have to shake vigorously before application.
For M&P it's better to disperse them in Glycerin, if you want to have a very transparent soap, dispersion in oil causes turbidity (at least with certain bases). TiO2 is the same pigment we apply to prepare opaque soap from a transparent soap so it's logic not to apply it if you want a transparent soap.
