saw on another website they used poppy seeds in there M&P. is that safe?

It's safe. I wouldn't use too much though because they can be scratchy.

I prefer using them more for decoration. They look really pretty lightly suspended in slightly colored translucent MP.

I used strawberry seeds in a soap I recently made. They're so tiny they're not very scratchy, but I was afraid of ending up with seeds in my hoohah! :lol:
