I like a page on facebook that posts about a million posts a day it seems. I like the page because they sometimes have some cool recipes or back to basics ideas. Well the ideas are not theirs. EVERYTHING they post is a link to someone elses blog site. And I am ok with that. But when they start posting stuff about soap it really bothers me. They blog surf...that all they do, so the information they put out can sometimes be sketchy. They put a link to this one..

Edgy fruit and herbs from your frig? In your M&P? you have got to be kidding me!!

I did notice in the comments section they did say that there is a shelf life. They just don't know what it is.

I looked at the website or Blog... and was just sicken for the thought of that. I cant believe people are so uneducated or wrongly educated out there. I'm just glad that we have forum like teachsoap to guide us soapers correctly becuase personally if I ever harmed anyone with my soaps I dont think I could live with myself or the lawsuit. just my two cents..

thats what I thought too. It really made me sick. What is even worse is that the FB page that sent this out has a gazillion likes on it so they are propagating the bad info. Everytime I think about mildewy strawberries in my soap I want to throw up.

Did you post a reply on the link that the FB page used? Make them aware that they're promoting bad information.
