Ok, I am determined to make TARDIS soap! I bought a toy, made a mold (with the help of Hubs, and we didn't even argue! Amazing!), and this is the third experimental soap I've made with it.

The first soap & second soaps had tons of air bubbles, this one is actually better, believe it or not. I tried spraying the inside of the mold with alcohol. I've tried smacking it on the counter, and pouring in only small amounts at a time.

What else can I do to try to avoid these tiny bubbles??

I have a mold that gets air bubbles in a similar fashion. What I do is put in a small amount of soap and then swish the mold around. Like, um, you were trying to coat up the sides I guess. What this does is swish the small amount of soap all over the area that normally get's air bubbles and creates like a coating of sorts. If that makes sense? Then I just pour the rest of the soap in...

Looking at your mold, I would slowly tip the mold side to side with a little bit of soap on there. Try and tip the soap into those lips around the edge to coat it. So a small amount of soap, tip to a 45 degree angle or so and then slowly rotate until all four sides are coated...

*edit*

Ok, just zoomed your pic in heaps and it looks like there's air bubbles through out? In that case I would guess the air bubbles are actually in your soap mixture. Try not to stir too much before pouring...

What is the mold made of? I had MP react with a mold before, and the company found out that there was a reaction between the soap ingredients and the mold itself! Mine was all bubbles like yours... only not the Tardis!!!

Hmmmm... very interesting!

I'm wondering if it's because we used the mold the same day we made it? Maybe it needs to cure longer?

I kind of tried to do what Coolah suggested, but there's air bubbles throughout, although fewer on the outside edges when I sprayed the inside with alcohol.

One thought I had was maybe it has to do with the wood grain on the mold? That the surface is kinda "rough" which might make bubbles?

I dunno, I'm gonna call the company I bought the silicone from and see what they have to say.

Tardis like Dr. Who? Cool! I would make it a little darker though. I can't help you on the bubbles.

Is your soap bubbly before you pour it in? Have you tried spraying the melted soap with alcohol before you pour it, or pouring at different temperatures?

Otherwise, I've got nothin, never worked with a mold of this size for MP.

I would definately make sure that you're stirring your soap SUPER slow, or use something with less surface area to stir it with (I use a wooden skewer), also pour it slowly so it's not creating more air bubbles as you pour and then for sure spray spray spray with alcohol.

What temperature are you pouring at? If its too hot it can form bubbles too!

I thought about that, but usually by the time I get the colors and fragrance mixed in it's cool enough to touch. So I don't think it's too hot.
