I have been watching the Eden Secrets videos on Youtube. I was wondering how in the world she melts such large batches of MP. I worry about getting it to hot, and melting the embeds, or getting to thick of a skim on it while its cooling down. So I thought I would ask what would be the best method of melting large batches of MP.

I don't know how big of a batch, but you can use a Presto pot, which has a temp control, or perhaps a 7 quart slow cooker with a temp control? http://www.amazon.com/Calphalon-7-Quart ... 107&sr=1-6

I'm thinking from the container she's using to pour she either just does it in the microwave or she has a presto pot that she pours into the plastic pouring bowl.
