I would like to add some chamomile or calendula tincture to my glycerin or goatsmilk soap, is that possible?

And also could I add a little olive oil in the saop mix or would it ruin the soap??
Thank you :P

Soap is a wash off product. Why not add the tincture into some lotion or cream instead?
You can add up to 1 TBS. of oil per lb. of MP base. Anything more than that and you will loose bubbles.

I will use the tincture to make a lotion for my son's really bad skin, but also somebody asked me to make a facial soap, she has very sensitive, dry flaky skin.I just love herbs so much, I'm from Germany and we have tons of product with chamomile and calendula...
Thanks :P

For someone with sensitive skin, I would make 95% olive, 5% castor. That about as mild as you will get.
