I don't have a dropper from BB but was looking for an unused medicine dropper I know I have laying around somewhere.

3% to 1 lb. of soap base is a lot. I wouldn't go above 1%, if you are planning on selling it. Anything more than that, could be irritating.

Also, keep in mind that some fragrances are MUCH stronger than others. I usually do it by how many bars I think I'm gonna get out of the batch and do about 6 drops of FO per 5oz of soap if the FO is mild, but if it's Patchouli or this one Freesia I'd use no more than 3 drops per bar.

Hi! I remelt my soaps that I'm not happy with even if it's scented, just so long as it hasn't been used yet (for sanitary reasons).

I cut up the soap into one inch cubes (just like you would with unscented base), then remelt it in the microwave in short 10-15 second bursts, stirring every so often until almost completely melted. Make sure you cover your container with plastic wrap though so that you don't lose additional moisture from the glycerin AND so your microwave won't smell like your scented soap. I melt my unscented base in a separate container and add it to the remelted scented base until I'm satisfied with the resulting scent. The reason I don't mix the two together from the start is that I'm never sure exactly how much (or little) additional base I need to mix in and so I won't be wasting too much base. It's always easier to add more base than to take some out, then have to add FO again.
