That's a good question! I haven't heard of anyone trying that but I suspect that you could whiten it by the addition of titanium dioxide - I'd use the liquid titanium dioxide (finely ground and suspended in liquid glycerin) to avoid titanium dioxide bubbles and dots.

I put about a teaspoon of titatium dioxide in a tiny cup (condiment cup) and added glycerine to make a gel by whipping it together with a tiny whisk. Melted about 8-9 oz of the bulk goats milk mp. Used the tiny whisk to whip in the td gel, added the essential oil, whipped again and poured. Had to use the alcohol for bubbles. Looks white thus far ... intend to use it for the candy soaps, so I'll let you know for sure in a few hours, but just by itself in the molds it looks white and without flecks, bumps or bubbles.
