I have been using SFIC, but ther unclear clear is really making things difficult for me. So, I broke down and found another base.

Is it pretty standard ingredient list? Can someone decode it in plain english?

The first one has palm oil, sugar, salt, fatty acids, water, preservatives and synthetic surfactants for lather.
The second one has sugar, coconut oil, palm oil, water, surfactants, whitener and a preservative.
