I am new to soapmaking, about 2 wks. ago I decided to learn about the art of making my own soap.
Well, I've decided that I'd like to start by making oatmeal soap. What I don't know though, is that a good thing to start with, & if so, where would I find a good recipe for it?

Do you mean cold process or Melt N' Pour?

Which ever one is the easiest for a beginner. I'm just guessing but I think it would be Melt & Pour.

Well, at least I've got somewhere to start from. Now it's time to find a recipe & start gathering ingredients. Thank you for the information.

I didn't realize that it was THAT simple. It would seem that I need to do some more studying up on the subject. :oops:

Just fyi I got started 2 months ago from a BrambleBerry soaping kit. It was such fun and hey I had usable soap first try! Good luck!~
