What is the difference between Mica's and ultramarines in coloring MP and CP soaps?

Are they the same thing with a different name?

Micas can morph in CP soaps. Micas give a shimmer effect in MP soaps. Ultramarines and oxides will give a more opaque appearance.
They are not the same.
