I love Ann Marie's videos and play and replay them,they have really helped me in my new hobby.I would love to try the swirling but l am having trouble trying to work out how Anne Marie melts and fragrances all the clear base and keeps it from hardening before she has finished.I am sure it will take me a while to master the technique and the soap will be well and truly set by the time l get to the end and if l remelt it how will it effect the fragrance?

I sometimes have to reheat it slightly to get it liquid again - just give it a blast of 5 seconds a time and see what that does... sometimes you might have to wait til ti cools again.

Keeping plastic wrap on the top keeps some of the heat in too.

Since the bulk of my base (2 pds) is the clear base I usually scent the whole batch and just like the others I cover the top of my Pyrex and reheat it in 5 second bursts..
