I would like to ask if I can use 91% isopropyl alcohol for dispersing my Mica powders instead of adding them directly to my 123 degree M&P soap base. I'm thinking it breaks down the mica powders better, but I'm just not sure if it'll make my soap drier to the skin.

I don't see why not as the alcohol will evaporate. It should not make your soap drier.

We always disperse the mica in alcohol, makes mixing it in so much easier! :D
