Hi,

How can I achieve borders on a melt and pour?

Like a square soap with a thick border around and a different color within it?

Those look like someone either made an all white bar and then used a cookie cutter type thing to cut out the middle and then poured the blue into the middle.
-or-
You could also go backwards and make a small blue square of soap and then embed that into a larger mold and fill in the outside with white MP.
