Everyone must be scared to critique you.
Sorry 'bout that. This is one of those strange things - we need help and a community to truly thrive and grow as businesspeople but sometimes, getting authentic unvarnished opinions is difficult.
I love that you have a full shop - I really like your custom banner up top - and I appreciate that your return policies and shipping policies are clear without being overbearing. You've done a great job creating a fun and inviting shop. That said, maybe a couple areas for improvement:
1. Update your Shop Message - right now, it has a 2/21 date (which is past). You also want to make the first thing visitors see a selling point. For example, when you go to brambleberry.com, the top always has our unique sales proposition:
Welcome to Bramble Berry Soap Making Supplies
Bramble Berry Soap Making Supplies offers an extremely extensive selection of soapmaking products for everyone from the weekend hobbyist up to high-volume professional soap makers. Our entire line of soap making supplies is hand-picked for quality and value and all fragrance oils are tested in both cold process and melt and pour recipes before they receive a Bramble Berry label.
Our customer service is the talk of the town and we are happy to answer your questions or to help you select your soapmaking supplies. Thank you for shopping here and we're sure you'll find that for all your soap making needs, Bramble Berry's got it all: Obviously, ours is long and a bit over the top. So, for you, your USP could be shorter and something like:
Welcome to AmplifyMe! We carry a complete line of Goatsmilk soap but where we really shine is our ability to customize just for you. Our Goatsmilk Soap is luxurious with lots of fun bubbles and we're always creating new creations so stop back often. New this week is:

You can find out more about us on our blog at:
http://www.amplifymesoapco.blogspot.com2. Update this shop announcement with your new goodies (one line each only) at least every 2 weeks. People like to see that you're active, that you're welcoming and that you're "there" paying attention.
3. Rotate your pictures a bit - rearrange them so that they don't start out with all the earth tones but rather, have an earth tone, colorful soap, earth tone, colorful soap. In case people don't scroll down, they might miss your colorful soaps and think you just have earth tone ones.
4. Your product descriptions could be a little clearer in one area. You have a very obvious "This is what you get" but:
You will get 1 4.0 oz bar.might confuse people. I would write it "You will get one 4.0 ounce bar" It's sometimes a little shocking how clear you need to be online to avoid misunderstandings.
5. Your shop profile says you're using only essential oils but you've got a few fragrance oils in there too. You might want to change that sentence to read something like "You'll love being amplified by all the delectably natural ingredients, creative fragrances and pure essential oils they use."
Overall, great job! It's wonderful to see that you're getting some good sales and have an outlet to sell your creative wares.
