Teach Soap

Hey everyone, I have always used CP soap however I am looking at trying melt and pour with my 12yr old. I want to try my hand of cupcakes with her as she would love this. Can I simply whip up the melt and pour base to make the frosting or do I need to add more too it.

Last time attempting m & P was a flop as I got quite irritated at the film that kept creeping in on the top before I had a chance to do anything....I haven't tried again until now(cause I still have the soap and my daughter wants to try again)

I did a search on this a while ago and think I came to the conclusion that it would not work to do a frosting texture out of regular mp. Here's a pretty good thread on a possible alternative, did not do it myself though, so have no personal insight.

You can whip melt and pour soap. I did a Soap Queen TV episode on it too =)

Side note: the melt and pour hardens sort of quickly so you'll want to work quickly but totally possible!
