It can be difficult to stick two separate pieces together with melt and pour. I don't know what technique you are using so you may have already done this, but I usually rough up the piece where they are going to stick together, make some scratch marks or something so it's not as smooth. Spray with rubbing alcohol before putting one soap on top of the other. If pouring directly onto the first part of the mold I do it between 120-130 degrees, just hot enough to melt a little so it sticks, but not hot enough to have the colors run together. If you have two separate pieces that you want to stick together using the soap as glue, the same applies.
