I did a quick search, but couldn't find anything. If I want to add goat's milk to clear melt and pour, how much and can it be done?

I wouldn't add too much; maybe 1 tsp. per lb? Since it's a water based ingredient, it could make your bars sticky.

You're welcome.
If you do want goat's milk base down the road, BrambleBerry has it on their web site.
