Teach Soap

I'm considering a new line of melt and pour soaps and researching "looks" -- I want finished soap to look like cement! Yes, really. There are loads of exfoliants that might work. Wondering if anyone has ever tried to get this finish? Read all the posts here on exfoliants. Lots of choices and don't want to spend lots of money to try dozens. Also not really interested in the exfoliant properties, per se - just the look. Considering walnut shell powder, small jojoba beads, clay, bamboo, cornmeal, colloidal oatmeal, juniper berries, salt or sugar, shredded loofah, bamboo powder, maybe even citric acid. Other suggestions? BB has a sampler kit with some of them, but they are out of stock

This is not really about the exfoliants as much as the cement look- maybe line the mold with sand paper and when thea soap hardens just peel it off and you can have cementish looking soap

Not sure how easy this is to see!
I think the crust has a cement finish?
I used cornmeal?

Would somebody please advise me to what they think has happened to the filling?
See how the filling has a sort of slick on the top?
This is the soap two days later, but it is a lot darker now after four days?
The brown stuff on the top wipes off? Is this separation?
Too much FO?
