I bought the domino kit from Bb. It arrived today and the mold is crimped and warped fairly bad. It's not flat at all. I called and left a message, but is there anything I can do to fix it? It is the guest tray mold feels like a plastic

Honestly I wouldn't touch it. I had a mold warp while I poured soap base once and they sent me a new one! I'd take pictures to provide as evidence though. Trying to fix it yourself will only make it worse and it will remove liability from BrambleBerry regardless of how it arrived.
