I would like to use real oatmeal in my Oatmeal Milk and Honey M&P soap Can you use regular Quaker oats or is there special skin safe oats out there???

You can use real oatmeal. I like to grind mine in the coffee grinder until it is almost a powder (colloidal oatmeal). I find the whole grains or a rough chopped is too scratchy. Make sure to get the regular oatmeal and not the quick oats.
