 Post subject: Double pour gone wrong

Last night I made a loaf using the double pour method with clear MP and goat milk MP. I started pouring from either end of the mold at the same time. The goat milk instantly fell to the bottom and the clear rose to the top. Why? Is the goat milk a heavier formula? What could have done to make it fail? I ended up just swirling t a bit with a spoon and it turned out ok, but not what wanted. (pic posted in flaunt thread soon)

Were they the same temperature when you poured? Other than that, I don't know what would cause that unless one is much more dense than the other. If you weigh out equal chunks of each - are they about the same size?
