I just ran across these beautiful soaps and was very surprised by the technique the artist used. Is Mod Podge safe for body use?

Hmm, interesting. Mod Podge is Non-Toxic... I would hope they used body safe paints as well. I don't think it'd be an issue for hand soap only and keep away from eyes and sensitive areas, but personally - I wouldn't want to use soap with glue on it. I don't know if it would get sticky again once it got wet?

You can make homemade mod podge by mixing Elmer's glue 1:1 with water. Not sure I'd want either the real deal or homemade on my soap.

Thanks but I will pass. I'd rather have just plain handmade soap.

Very pretty soap, but I agree. I wouldn't want glue on my soap!
