hey Armi!

welp, it is roman, so it's pretty stinky. and yes it's still stinky. and there's no lather in either build, except when aggitated with one of those scrubby puff things. in both builds, the salt melted, not making the soap very scrubby.

but in the long run, this could be the beginings of a new moisturizing bar. of course, minus the smelly chamomile, or at least a smaller dilution (say 7% in 2 oz's of oil instead of 15%, LOL).

Hi Everyone,

I cant believe how interesting the posts have been lately from the globalisation act through to insomnia! Really informative. I had no idea about the Act - living here in Australia, well madness takes a while to get to us! I cant imagine not being able to start up your own home based business because of the red tape and the costs etc. What a shame and what a loss of potential creative ideas.

Armi I really like the coarse salt on the top of the bars for the look to be honest. I actually use the bar from the bottom up to try and keep it! Just so you know it doesnt really work! And David I dont want any jokes about how I live down under and therefore using the bar from the bottom up isnt really a surprise!

I have been reading all your recent posts and I was thrilled to finally here a comparison between the cp magic hands salt bar and the m&p salt bar recipe of Armi's. I havent seen or tried magics salt bar but if the m&p was half as good as hers are (from all the rave reviews of the users) I personally will be thrilled. It was really interesting to read the comparison, thank you pretty in pink!

David, have you got any pics yet of your take on the salt bar? I would love to see them when you do. I am sure you will have a creative twist to them and I am hoping to see that stamp and how it works on the hard salt bar!
