Teach Soap

Ok, been watching youtube videos all day long about soap and I am see that a lot of these cutey type soaps are being made out of CP and not M&P. So, am I assuming right when I say CP is better when you are wanting to make more of a fun soap? I know M&P is great for molded soaps, but I mean like the waves, swirls, topings etc. is CP the way to go?

My personal opinion is yes. I personally enjoy CP more than MP...and I am not nearly as good as these other folk. But there is a different level of satisfaction with CP. There is a danger level (lye). Mystery and/or surprise...cause you just really don't know what is going to come out of that mold until it comes out! And then a little bit of pride when you see the faces of those you show it off to at home. It's an emotional roller coaster really.
