Just like Linda said, you have to use a clear FO and even then if it has vanilla in it it will discolour a bit, you can slow that down by using a vanilla colour stabilizer...but it will still happen eventually.

I amy just end up doing an orange layer and a black layer, and putting the pumpkins in the black layer. Maybe that would work out better.
Once again I really appreciate all of your advice. Everybody has been super helpful to me, even though I have asked a million questions in the short time I have been in this forum :!:
