I love using micas and I mix it in alcohol first before use. I'm waiting on my neons from bramble berry to come. AM mixes it with glycerine. Can I use alcohol or does it must be glycerine?

Anne Marie did a soap queen short on these, they will NOT mix with alcohol! Only oil or glycerin!

I use alcohol with micas in MP often when I am using small amounts, but as Heather said those neon pigments will not mix with alcohol. They just clump up (trust me, I tried it). Glycerin or a carrier oil is what you need for those.
