My 14 year-old granddaughter is a Hunger Games fanatic (along with all her friends). For her middle school graduation, I'm making all of them Hunger Games soaps (and their Language Arts teacher, who got snookered into taking all of them to see the movie the day it opened).

I've found the regular hard plastic (3-cavity) one, but would love to find one in silicone, with 10 or 12 cavities, if possible. Anyone ever run into one of these?

I've made a silicone push mold from the Katniss mockingjay logo pin (it's about 1-1/2 inches round) to put on top.

Not a big deal - I have several round silicone cupcake-type pans if I need to resort to that. Was hoping to find something fancier.

Thanks -

Connie

I know I've seen one before, because I thought about buying it. But of course can I find the link now? No. :(

I'll look around and see if I can find it.

Thanks, Genny. I'm certain I had seen one, too :)

WSP has round multi cavity silicone molds, but they are not beveled.

ETA oops I didn't see that you were looking for a 10-12 cavity mold at first

That's the hard plastic one :( That's the exact shape/size I want, but was hoping to find silicone.

Thanks. I think the girls will have to take my "plain Jane" 3 inch rounds with their Mockingjay on top. I have another two or so weeks to look. Then they get what they get :)

Oh my goodness!

Necessity is surely the mother of invention :)

This morning, thinking, thinking about how to make my regular round cupcake silicone mold work by adding something to create a beveled edge. Tried lots of stuff. Then, went into my "junk supplies" drawer and came up with a bunch of old Jello Cups (or maybe they were small yogurt cups). Perfect! Thank you, Anne-Marie, for a comment in one of your posts about using whatever you have around :)

Off to the supermarket with my tape measure to find the perfect plastic container.
